LHoFT Announces Finalists of the Catapult: Future Foundation – Mutualisation Bootcamp 2025

The Luxembourg House of Financial Technology (LHoFT) is proud to announce the six finalists selected for the Catapult: Future Foundation Bootcamp 2025. Following an intensive selection process that attracted over 30 innovative applicants from across Europe and Asia, these companies will participate in a transformative week-long program from May 19-23, 2025, in Luxembourg.
The Catapult: Future Foundation Bootcamp marks the final phase of LHoFT’s program, designed to address one of the financial industry's most pressing challenges: creating secure, efficient, and scalable solutions for data and document exchange..
This Bootcamp brings together selected service and solution providers with industry experts, jury members, and key stakeholders to collaboratively explore practical use cases and assess operational readiness. The objective is to identify and support a solution with the strongest potential for sector-wide adoption.
The initiative builds on the Catapult Program launched in December 2024, backed by Luxembourg’s principal financial associations including LPEA, ABBL, ACA, ALFI, LuxCMA, LuxSE, and L3A.

Selected Finalists
The six companies chosen to participate in this first bootcamp were selected by a broad and outstanding jury of Luxembourg financial services stakeholders. The finalists demonstrated innovative approaches to creating mutualised solutions that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen compliance processes, and improve client experiences across the financial services sector in relation to data and document exchange..
Governance.com
Governance.com delivers a digital governance and compliance platform that streamlines data management, regulatory workflows, and oversight across financial institutions, with features like role-based access, audit trails, and client portals.
Proximus/ Wecan Comply
Wecan Comply offers a blockchain-based platform for secure regulatory document exchange and automated processes, integrating with banking systems to ensure seamless compliance and auditability.
The ID Register
The ID Register provides a centralised onboarding and compliance hub for fund managers, offering automated processes, regulatory reporting, and investor lifecycle management through a secure, API-enabled platform.
ume
ume is a community-led platform that standardises and automates documentation exchange, enabling efficient onboarding and due diligence for investment fund managers and their counterparties.
U-Reg
U-Reg delivers a flexible RegTech platform with AI-driven compliance automation, secure data exchange, and configurable workflows designed for scalable cross-border financial services.
Vestlane
Vestlane supports fund managers with an automated onboarding and compliance platform, combining AI, real-time collaboration, and integrated regulatory workflows to simplify investor and fund administration processes.
Program Focus
During the bootcamp, participants will engage in sessions with leading financial institutions, regulators, and industry experts. The program will focus on several key themes:

- Enhancing Client Experience
- Regulatory & Compliance Challenges
Participants will refine their solutions through direct engagement with industry stakeholders, ensuring their proposals accurately address real-world needs while meeting rigorous standards for data privacy, cyber resilience, and regulatory compliance.
